호텔의 위치는 훌륭하고 바로 앞에 식당 카페 다 있어요. 하지만 화장실 하수구가 좀 냄새가 나서 그런가 에어컨도 이상한가 꿉꿉한 냄새가....ㅠ

Pros - It's in a central location within walking distance of Cebu IT-Park. It's near cafes, malls, and restaurants within easy walking distance. - The bed is really comfy, and the studio is well equipped with tasteful furnishings. Cons - Shower water a bit cold. - A costly grocery store (Korean) right at the entrance.

酒店樓下有很多不錯的餐廳，附近都是不錯的小商圈， 很容易叫到Grab，走路大約20分鐘可到Ayala 。 如果是為了轉機或轉船住一晚，實在是不錯的選擇，有GYM Room及swimming pool房間內的設施很完善，有小型廚房，唯獨是廁所有一股味道比較難受。 前台人員服務超級好，態度很友善！

쿨린 서비스를 원하지 않았는데 마음대로 문을 열고 들어와서 청소 함 그리고 화장실에서 불쾌한 냄새가 계속 났다. 트립닷컴측에서는 체크인시 보증금이 3000페소로 명시되어 있는데 호텔 측에서는 4000페소를 요구함 그리고 체크아웃 할때 갑자기 핸드타올 하나가 분실 됐다고 함 우리는 쓴적이 없음 계속 찾아봐도 없다고 함 그 후에 250페소를 요구함 서비스가 좋지는 않음 관광객들 돈을 뺏으려는 거 같이 느껴짐 보증금도 바로 환불 받지 못했음.

The staff in hotel and service is good. But the breakfast is terrible, the options is few and sometime temporary not available due to many reasons. Don’t book this hotel because it cooperates with contract with behind brunch TOMNTOMS on the same building. But it won’t change the policy. You cab decree the price of hotel. But don’t cooperate with the brunch. The staff in brunch work very slowly, and take out needs additional fees. Unbelievable!

This serviced apartment was absolutely worth the price. The bed was absolutely comfortable and we were so happy that we picked this place and the staff were great throughout our stay. The shops located in the apartment complex were great and there were many restaurant options too.

We had no warm water in our room which couldn’t be fixed until the day after; the day we would check out. Their proposal was that we could shower in the public shower room next the gym without showing any remorse. The rooms are decent but are not soundproof, expect noise from neighbours slamming the doors, walking in the hallway or talking in the room next to you. Overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend.

시설은 주상복합의 오피스텔 느낌~~ 후기가 없어서 고민하다가 여행 마지막날 아얄라몰 슈퍼쇼핑과 건너편에 있는 수그보야시장 가려고 예약. 아얄라몰(2개몰 중 작은 몰)과 야시장까지 도보가능~ 얼리체크인은 안되고 무조건 1000페소 요구! 디파짓은 2000페소(카드 후 퇴실시 취소해줬어요) 체크인 하는 직원이 미숙해서 20분 정도 걸렸네요ㅠ 조식은 숙소 건물 1층에 있는 매장 바우처를 주네요~ 2개 매장 중 선택가능해서 저희는 탐탐갔어요. 숙소 내 화장지 1개, 수건2개 뿐이어서 입실하자마자 여분으로 미리 챙겨두었어요. 객실 크기는 작지만 둘이 쓰기에는 적당했고 전자랜지, 개수대, 넷플시청가능해서 나름 편하게 쉬고 왔어요~~ 체크아웃시 추가금 요구하길래 입실시 미리 찍어둔 비치품 사진 확인하고 나왔어요. 숙소내 유료비치품 내용과 실제 비치품 다를 수 있으니 미리 사진찍어 두세요!!
